Tysys does it again

We have raised R10 billion for Eskom, the money was raised from a pool of local banks and Development Finance
Institutions (DFIs). This is not the first time our advisory entity has played a leading role in a capital raise project of this
magnitude and punching above its weight.

In recent times, we have been an integral part of raising capital for the South African State, assigned by National Treasury, in international capital markets. Beneficiaries of Tysys’ advisory and capital raise projects range from Eskom, Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), Sanral, to two metros in Gauteng (CoJ and Ekurhuleni), the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA), Rand Water and the eSwatini Electricity Company.

Over the last seven years, Tysys Advisory has been part of raising capital north of $45 billon for a plethora of entities, including those mentioned above. We are indeed becoming part of the Southern African advisory and capital raise landscape.
