Sifeziwe is a qualified Chartered Accountant having trained at Standard Bank Group. She is experienced in the financial services sector having worked in various banking institutions namely Standard Bank Group and Absa Group. She has experience in Corporate and Investment Banking, Personal and Business Banking as well as Group Head office operations. She is a seasoned finance professional having managed portfolios worth R1bn.

SIBONGILE MDUNGE

Tysys Fund Managers is headed by
Ms. Sibongile Mdunge, who is a BCom Degree Graduate from Vista University. She is a Money Markets, Repo Markets and Bond Markets practitioner. Her 18 year journey in financial markets has given Ms Mdunge vast trading experience in a plethora of organisations, including big and small South African Funds, South African Banks, International Banks and Investment Banks

KWADWO OBENG-MANU

Managing Partner: Advisory

Kwadwo is the Managing Partner for Tysys Advisory. He is a financial markets professional with extensive experience in Debt Capital Markets, Treasury Management Consulting, Infrastructure Development Consulting and Corporate Finance Advisory. He has previously acted as Debt Capital Markets advisor and arranger for signature clients such as National Treasury of the Republic of South Africa, Eskom, Transnet, SANRAL, Airports Company South Africa, Eswatini Electricity Company, Eswatini Railways, PPC and Rand Water. Kwadwo is a Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) approved Interest Rate Market Dealer and a South African Reserve Bank approved dealer. He is an Associate of the Institute of Bankers South Africa and a member of the South African Institute of Financial Markets

Heading Tysys SME Development and Financing
division is Mr. Armel Ciamala, an LLB Degree Graduate from the University of Witwatersrand. He is  responsible for oversight and provision of financial support to emerging SMEs.

Experienced Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the banking industry, with over 12 years professional experience. Skilled in customer service, retail customer relationship management, credit and risk mangement, project management, operations management and business advocacy.

MOJALEFA SEGAECHO

Head: Viability Study &
Application Screening

Our Head of Viability Study and Application Screening, is Mr Mojalefa Segaecho, who holds a NDip in Financial Management from Taletso TVET College and is currently completing a BCom Law Degree at the University of South Africa (UNISA). He was an analyst conducting screening due diligence of SMEs in the SME Enterprise Development Accelerator Programme (“ESDA Programme”) for the mining communities in Carletonville and Kraaipan at Harmony Mining. Mojalefa has been in the Community Enterprise Development. He is based in the Tysys North West Office.
